Improve Population Health through Research and Innovation
The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) serves as a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation, and evaluation activities in SingHealth.
Our vision is to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement.
As a member of our team, you will support signature research programmes investigating the effects of the built environment on our health and how it can integrate health and social care seamlessly into our care ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Principal Investigators and partners in developing grant proposals and study plans;
- Assist with study design and planning;
- Oversee study execution, timelines, and budget;
- Prepare abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and reports;
- Lead junior research staff and provide technical supervision.
Requirements:
- PhD degree in Social Science, Biostatistics, Public Health, Urban Planning, Geography, Health Economics, or related field with at least 3 years' experience in population health research;
- Design and health research or implementation science experience advantageous;
- Track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals;
- Strong quantitative or qualitative research skills;
- Proficiency in using advanced data analytics software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, SAS) or qualitative analysis software (e.g., NVivo);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly motivated, independent team player.
