About Our Research Position

At the Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Research Fellow. This role is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to cutting-edge research in population health and work closely with our Principal Investigator and partners to develop grant proposals and study plans.

In this position, you will oversee the execution of studies, ensuring that they are conducted efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for tracking timelines and budgets, preparing abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and reports, and leading a team of junior research staff while providing technical supervision.

We are looking for a candidate with a PhD degree in Social Science, Biostatistics, Public Health, Urban Planning, Geography, Health Economics, or a related academic area, with at least 3 years' experience in population health research. Your expertise in design and health research or implementation science would be an added advantage. Additionally, your strong quantitative or qualitative research skills, proficiency in using advanced data analytics software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, SAS) or qualitative analysis software (e.g., NVivo), and excellent written and verbal communication skills make you an ideal fit for this role.
