Job Title

Strategic Executive Leader

 

As a Strategic Executive Leader, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of syndicated loan transactions within our Distribution Framework. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to spearhead client pitches and presentations, leveraging our global network to formulate and deliver compelling sales and distribution strategies.

  • Lead the execution of syndicated loan transactions from preparation to closing, ensuring timely and successful launches and closings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies, leveraging our global network to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.

 

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the preparation of underwriting memos and liquidity analyses, taking calculated risk to ensure optimal distribution and hold levels.
  • Driving collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful syndication launches and closings.
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to support business development and performance tracking.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Science, or Mathematics.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in financial or banking markets, ideally within Syndications and Corporate Banking.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Loan Capital Markets (LCM), Syndicate, or Distribution roles.
  • Proven sales experience with direct client engagement.
  • Established relationships with investors and other key stakeholders.
