**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop syndication and sales strategy, following market demands and overall growth strategy of ADDX, to achieve his/her sales targets
- Identify and cultivate relationships with financial institutions, corporates and family offices to raise capital for private equity and alternative managers
- Analyse the unique needs and concerns of each potential investor type and effectively pitch the value proposition of ADDX
- Work closely with the origination team to develop marketing materials and investment pitches for potential investors
- Manage ongoing investor relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention and increase in wallet share
- Provide regular updates to investors on fund performance and investment opportunities
- Lead regular reporting to Head of Global Markets, and CEO regarding the syndication pipeline/ status / progress of meeting sales targets
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Finance to ensure proper execution of deals.
- Analyze and report on market trends and investor behavior to inform the development of fundraising strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- 2. 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or a related field in private equity/capital markets/investment banking
- 3. Strong and proven track record in syndication and sales
- 4. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, corporations and family offices.
- 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 6. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.
