**JOB DESCRIPTION:
**- Corporate loan proposal preparation and processing.**

**- To analyze the Financials (viz., Balance Sheet, Profit Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement) of the companies independently.**

**- To take the view for credit decisions after proper assessment of the expected borrower and market conditions.**

**- Analysis of credit rating of corporate.**

**- Monitoring of large corporate accounts.**

**- On boarding of syndicated loan's customers and periodical review of those customers in line with MAS guidelines.**

**- Analysis of current trends, macro economic factors, borrower industries and sound knowledge about Indian Corporate.**

**- To work on CBS Platform (viz., Transactions / Customer creations / Account opening / Authorizations etc.)**

**- Preparing and/or verifying various statements and returns for submitting the same to regulators/ corporate office.**

**- Attending legal matters (if any) pertaining to borrower accounts. Proper follow up with all concerned (viz., lawyer; liquidator; Other banks /Branches/ Offices) and ensure adherence with Bank’s guidelines.
**JOB REQUIREMENT:
- **Basic degree from an established university.**

**- Highly organized and has keen attention to details.**

**- Highly driven, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.**

**- Good interpersonal and communication skill. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.**

**- Should be able to maintain good business relations in the syndication market and possess good marketing skill.**
- **Working experience in large corporate credit assessment & documentation.**

**- Having knowledge of operational behavior of Industrial accounts on changes of economic scenario.**

**- Having knowledge of External Commercial Borrowing guidelines and procedure of RBI.**

**- Having knowledge of Income Recognition & Asset Classification (IRAC) guidelines of host/parent country regulator.**

**- Have hands on skills on MS Office products such as word, excel and power point.**

**- Having knowledge of market practices on syndicated loans.**

**- Knowledge of Indian Banking and Finance regulatory requirements.**

**- The applicant should be a Singaporean.
