Corporate Banking Specialist - Loan Syndication

We are seeking a Corporate Banking Specialist with expertise in loan syndication to collaborate with clients and drive business growth.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with corporate relationship managers to originate syndication deals, pitching for margin loans and advances for corporate and financial institution portfolios in regional markets.
  • Prepare credit applications, assess financials, and negotiate terms and structures for successful deal execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the deal process.
  • Partner with the distribution team to drive syndication success.
  • Nurture relationships with banks and clients to increase deal volumes.
  • Analyzing industry trends and market conditions to identify business opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance-related fields.
  • 3-8 years of experience in corporate banking and loan syndication, preferably with a strong background in credit analysis.
