The role of Senior Lending Leader involves spearheading origination efforts through strategic partnerships with marketing and coverage teams to develop structured lending and syndicated finance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the structuring and end-to-end execution of deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and market standards.
  • Play a key role in client negotiations on financing terms and structure.

  • Guide the team in assessing credit profiles, conducting sector research, stress testing financials, and developing risk-mitigated financing structures.
  • Maintain robust control standards and adherence to regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in structured finance, loan syndication, or leveraged finance.
