About The Role:
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales professional with experience in relationship-based selling and prospecting. As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for researching, prospecting, and engaging new corporate partners in ClassPass markets. You will also manage your own opportunities, utilizing CRM, email, and outreach tools and resources to cultivate and maintain a sales pipeline.
You will drive the full sales cycle by making introductory calls and emails, assessing and building relationships, performing sales presentations, and closing deals. Additionally, you will develop creative ways to connect and build relationships with potential clients and share best practices across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and engage new corporate partners in ClassPass markets
- Manage own opportunities through CRM, email, and outreach tools
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
- Develop creative ways to connect and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage sales pipeline and project management of signed accounts
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain daily KPIs and metrics
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Demonstrated Sales Experience:
The ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets is essential for this position. You should have at least 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an outbound hunting role. Your track record of performance should demonstrate your ability to adapt to new situations and drive results.
Strong Relationship Building Skills:
You should be a strong relationship builder, comfortable and confident working with a wide range of decision-makers (internal and external). Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Critical Skills:
In addition to your sales experience and relationship-building skills, you should have:
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of energy and motivation, with a 'hustle and drive' attitude
Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
