What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Property Development Specialist. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing current and new property leases, including subleasing and concessionaires, in a sustainable format aligned with company goals.
  2. Negotiating site/tenant opportunities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  3. Liaising with landlords, real estate agents, and other strategic partners to maintain business relationships.
  4. Working with the SG 7-Eleven business unit to translate their real estate requirements into actionable plans.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Real Estate or Business Administration (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar or related field (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates welcome
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
