Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized condominiums/buildings or be stationed at a designated condominium.
  • Conduct council meetings and annual general meeting professionally, providing clear updates and responses to queries while ensuring compliance with BCA regulations.
  • Work closely with Management Councils and Owner Developers to maintain efficient management of common areas and facilities.
  • Source and obtain quotations for ad-hoc and term contractor services, securing council approval where required.
  • Address and respond promptly to residents' feedback, concerns, and requests.
  • Ensure MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title) compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Enforce building regulations and by-laws, ensuring adherence among occupants, visitors, and contractors.
  • Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance, ensuring buildings are well maintained.
  • Monitor and ensure service providers and contractors adhere to work schedules and meet performance standards.
  • Facilitate and lead Council Meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), providing accurate documentation and professional guidance.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance with BCA and other statutory requirements.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in property or estate management, preferably in MCST management. (Candidates with relevant experience will be prioritized.)
  • Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). O-Level candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to conduct and lead meetings effectively.
    Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities efficiently.
    Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and property management software.
    Knowledge of BMSMA, BCA regulations, and compliance requirements in estate management.
  • Other Requirements:Willing to travel to different locations for project coordination.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Confident in handling council meetings and annual general meeting, answering queries, and making informed recommendations.
