Design Development and Presentation Specialist

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Development and Presentation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Designer to develop and present architectural designs, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual designs that meet client needs and expectations;
  • Presentation of design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and project progress;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architectural Design or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design;
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fast learner, able to work under pressure and meet targets.
