Electric Vehicle Sales Portfolio Leader

As a strategic business leader, you will oversee the sales portfolio and drive substantial growth in Singapore's electric vehicle market.
This role involves defining branding strategies, identifying market segments, and developing action plans to achieve business objectives. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Planning product lines
- Creating unique selling points for all car models
- Monitoring market conditions
- Analyzing competitor activities
- Recommending strategies to improve sales performance
You will also be responsible for preparing yearly targets and sales plans, working closely with distributors and customers to grow the sales pipeline, and developing marketing and CRM activities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong command of English and Mandarin, and experience in sales, product planning, pricing, and connectivity within the automotive industry.
Requirements- Possess Class 3 driving license
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, product planning, pricing, and connectivity within the automotive industry
- Good command of written and communication in Mandarin and English
- Proficient in communicating relevant information to all levels within an organization
- A good team-player, with strong negotiation, networking, and client-retention skills
