Job Title: Electric Vehicle Market Development Lead
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth of Electric Vehicles (EV) in Singapore. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to increase market share, enhance brand positioning, and drive sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product planning, pricing, and connectivity within the automotive industry. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase EV market share in Singapore.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning and drive sales.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities, analyzing and recommending strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Develop yearly targets and sales plans, including periodic forecasts.
- Liaise with distributors and customers to grow sales pipelines and develop marketing and CRM activities for BYD passenger vehicles.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years' experience in sales, product planning, pricing, and connectivity within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools.
