Project Management Role

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide professional and technical staff assistance, develop and oversee project management, procurement, and contractual management, supervises the integration of technical and engineering activities within projects.
  2. Accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Plan and develop projects, ensure they are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget, establish deadlines and monitor progress.
  4. Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
  5. Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
  6. Coordinate with internal and external parties for the execution of projects.
  7. Work closely with HQ engineers and external experts on engineering projects, including continuous training and upskilling in maintaining, servicing, and managing a fleet of electric vehicles.
  8. Collaborate with Sales, engineering, and aftersales teams to provide consultation to stakeholders, enabling a comprehensive appreciation of electric vehicles' capabilities and features.
  9. Assist in documentation of new product/vehicles homologation approval processes.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Interest and experience in EVs.
  4. Familiarity with local bus vendors.
  5. Good command of Mandarin and English to liaise with international colleagues.
