Job Title: Sales Ambassador for Health and Wellness Products

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting health and wellness products to customers and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively approach and engage with customers to promote health supplements.
  • Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Offer basic health advice and make product recommendations tailored to customers' needs.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked product display in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales or marketing team.
  • Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and new product launches.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for health and wellness.
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
