Sales Product Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Promoter to join our team as a Product Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our health products to customers and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:- Proactively engage walk-in customers to promote our CPM/TCM health products.
- Deliver confident and knowledgeable product presentations, including benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients, to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Support marketing initiatives such as in-store promotions, roadshows, and atrium sales events.
- Provide tailored product recommendations and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Minimum Secondary School or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in General Trade (e.g., mini marts, provision shops), Traditional Trade (e.g., medical halls), or Modern Trade (e.g., supermarkets, convenience stores).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the TCM industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about retail and a strong team player.
- Willingness to travel across Singapore for atrium and event-based sales activities.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
