Job Title:
Health Journey Ambassador

Location: A prime setting near public transportation

Work schedule: 5 days a week with weekends off

We are seeking a mature, dependable, and service-oriented individual to join our TCM wellness team as a Health Journey Ambassador. This role is more than just sales ‐ you'll be supporting people on their health journeys while helping the clinic grow.

What You Will Do

1. Wellness Treatment Recommendations (Primary Focus)

  • Understand patient needs and recommend suitable TCM treatments or wellness packages based on TCM Physicians' recommendations

2. Front Desk & Patient Support

  • Handle appointment bookings, payments, and simple reports
  • Ensure a warm and smooth experience for every visitor

3. Clinic & Therapy Assistance

  • Assist with general clinic upkeep and therapy when needed

4. Marketing & Outreach Initiatives

  • Participate in wellness roadshows, health talks, and help promote clinic offerings
  • Support social media efforts and work with key opinion leaders where relevant
