Job Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Wellness Ambassador to join our team, working with a well-known British brand promoting their products to customers across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with walk-in customers to promote health supplements
  • Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients in a clear and friendly manner
  • Offer basic health advice and make product recommendations tailored to customers' needs
  • Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked product display in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for health and wellness
