Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to districts and dealers, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of competitive systems and machines, enabling effective promotion of Caterpillar value advantages.
  • Act as a mentor for less experienced employees, providing guidance on product service and application knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Product Group to develop business cases and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, vendors, and peers.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, allowing for accurate analysis and productive decision-making.

Knowledge of relationship management techniques and experience working in a multinational company environment.

University degree in engineering, business, or marketing, with relevant commercial experience.

Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in these languages.
