Job Description:">

As a weekend customer service professional, you will be responsible for assisting in the launch of our new swim school in Potong Pasir. You will interact with customers, showcase our facilities, and direct new students to their classes.

Key responsibilities include learning and explaining our program, opening and closing the school, working on your feet, and selling our program to customers. Additionally, you will complete sign-ups, grow the business, and demonstrate reliability during weekend hours (Saturday + Sunday) from 8am to 6pm.

">Required Skills & Qualifications:">

We are looking for someone with good people skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Preferred qualifications include experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or marketing, as well as familiarity with similar industries. If you have experience working on weekends or in fast-paced environments, that would be an added bonus.
