We are seeking an experienced Exterior Painting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality painting services for exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and facades.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, applying primer and paint, and ensuring uniform finishes. They will also be required to perform minor surface repairs and patching as needed.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work safely at heights and in compliance with site safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare exterior surfaces (walls, ceilings, facades) by scraping, sanding, power washing, or chemical cleaning.
  • Apply primer, paint, waterproofing, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
  • Perform patching or minor surface repairs before painting.
  • Mix and match paint colors to ensure consistency and desired finish.
  • Set up scaffolding, ladders, or swing stages safely to reach high areas.
  • Protect non-paintable surfaces with masking tape, coverings, or drop cloths.
  • Inspect painted surfaces for uniformity and correct flaws as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in exterior or industrial painting.
  • Familiar with different types of outdoor paints, waterproofing materials, and weather-resistant coatings.
  • Physically fit, comfortable with working at heights or on scaffolding.
  • Good knowledge of painting tools and techniques.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet finishing quality standards.
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
  • Need to work long hours and under sun acceptance
