Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager role is responsible for the performance and results of Quality Control and Assurance, as well as Health, Safety & Environment functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a quality team to ensure a productive and high-performance work environment.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and/or improve Quality framework and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Implement and uphold food safety and hygiene standards; risk assessments; quality specifications; documentation and procedures to comply with statutory requirements.
- Drive projects and initiatives to ensure compliance with Food Quality, Safety & Hygiene standards and requirements.
- Support production team to trouble-shoot and resolve any product quality issues.
- Ensure that all food safety, quality related, and non-compliance issues are investigated and corrective measures are implemented.
- Lead and coordinate internal/external quality audits with relevant parties.
- Prepare Quality and Performance reports for submission to Senior Management.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of quality control and assurance principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
