Job Title: Quality Assurance Team Lead

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading the QA team and coordinating key quality assurance activities across the organization.

Reporting to the QA Director, you will oversee core QMS processes such as CAPA management, complaint handling, supplier quality, internal audits, implementation of statistical techniques, document control, and validation activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure the team's success.
  2. Recruit and maintain a team dedicated to quality excellence.
  3. Drive quality projects aimed at establishing and sustaining a robust culture of quality within the organization.
  4. Own and drive deliverables related to quality systems, product quality, and compliance.

Collaboration across functions is key, as you will partner closely with various personnel on-site to drive continuous improvement and provide quality-oriented solutions.

Monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures will also be a crucial aspect of your role to uphold adherence to the Quality Policy.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, focusing on medical devices.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a leadership or team management role in Quality Assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS regulatory requirements and quality standards such as ISO13485, 21CFR820, MDR, MDSAP requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in English-language communication (both written and spoken) are essential for this role.
