System Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a System Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert-level support for Oracle EBS modules
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues
  • Configuring and optimizing ServiceNow Project Management functions
  • Performing hands-on system configuration and application fixes
  • Documenting comprehensive problem-solving processes

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Required qualifications include:

  • University degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience
  • Proven expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Project Management functions and features
