Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Expert

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and driving enterprise systems forward? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Enterprise Solutions Expert.

This role involves providing application development and administration of enterprise systems, handling user support calls, and performing first and second-level troubleshooting. You will also be involved in testing pre-release applications, related software, and tools, as well as participating in implementation projects and providing post-implementation support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A recognized degree or diploma in IT is essential for this role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application support and hands-on application implementation is required.
  • Experience in deploying workflow and automation solutions is advantageous.
  • Hands-on knowledge in Nintex K2, Microsoft Power Automate, and SQL is crucial for success in this position.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
