Delivery Expert

A seasoned Delivery Expert is required to spearhead the implementation of enterprise applications at client sites. This critical role demands a deep understanding of application support, infrastructure, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in troubleshooting techniques, software applications, and project management. They should be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with clients, and providing expert guidance on application usage and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support the deployment of enterprise applications at client locations or remotely.
  • Ensure all components of the solution (software, infrastructure, network) are installed, tested, and operational according to client requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to plan and execute delivery activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application performance, infrastructure, and network connectivity.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of delivery processes, configurations, and client environments.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on application usage, security, and compliance.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure post-deployment stability and client satisfaction.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the delivered applications.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve Level 3 issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and client experience.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security policies and standards during delivery and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in application delivery, implementation, or Level 1/2 support for enterprise clients.
  • Project lead experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple delivery projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site deployments when required.
  • Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance.
