Job Title:
  Enterprise Application Delivery Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  Lead, deploy and support the deployment of enterprise applications at client sites or remotely.
  Ensure all components of the solution (software, infrastructure, network) are installed, tested, and operational according to client requirements.
  Collaborate with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to plan and execute delivery activities.
  Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and network issues during and post-deployment.
  Maintain detailed documentation of delivery processes, configurations, and client environments.
  Provide technical guidance and training to clients on application usage and best practices.
  Monitor application performance and ensure post-deployment stability and client satisfaction.
  Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the delivered applications.
  Identify and work with developers to resolve Level 3 issues with developers.
  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and client experience.
  Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards during delivery and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field required.
  3-5 years experience in application delivery, implementation, or Level 1/2 enterprise support necessary.
  Project lead experience preferred.
  Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in software applications, infrastructure, and networks essential.
  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) a plus.
  Familiarity with containerization/orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  Proven track record in delivering and supporting enterprise-grade applications required.
  Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  Works well independently and in teams in fast-paced environments.
  Willing to travel for on-site deployments.
