IT Director - Enterprise Applications Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our enterprise applications team. As an IT Director, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of corporate applications across finance, legal, and library systems.

This is a leadership role that requires strong project management skills, with experience in ERP solutions such as SAP RISE, Oracle Campus solution, or Salesforce Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of application development and operation maintenance experience, with at least 8 years in leadership and management positions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform strategic planning, organization, monitoring, and control of all aspects of an IT programme, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee IT operations and support for relevant application services
  • Manage project delivery to meet scope, schedule, and cost expectations
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks
  • Manage internal resources, third parties, or vendors for successful project execution
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget
  • Plan and conduct IT planning and budgeting with respective divisions
  • Manage vendors and outsourcing contracts
  • Cultivate, train, and lead a high-performing team
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer, or Electronics Engineering, or related discipline
  • Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC 4/5, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, XML, System Configuration, Web Services, IIS Server, Visual Studio 2016/2019, MS SQL Server T-SQL, OutSystems, .NET Core, SharePoint, Payment Gateway, and Mobile Platform
