Job Title: Enterprise Applications Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise applications, guaranteeing their quality and maintaining system activities. This role requires a strong technical background in Security/Risks, Applications Obsolescence, with excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantees the proper functioning of applications and ensures they can be maintained and upgraded
- Incident Management: addressing recurring incidents by working with relevant teams to recommend permanent solutions
- Ensures long-term remediation for incidents and problems is integrated into the application roadmap and implemented

Applications Security Management:
- Ensures the Application Sensitivity and IT Continuity document is properly, promptly completed, and timely renewed as stipulated by Group requirements
- Ensures non-compliance to IT risk & cyber requirements are addressed or remediated, and the associated risks are identified and covered by risk card if necessary

Application Release Management:
- Ensures consistency of released version: updated documentation such as architecture diagram, and technical data dictionary; management of configuration to ensure data consistency in all referential apps (e.g., Refapp, MAP, CMDB, BAM+, cloud register) and accuracy in application parent/instance links between referential apps
- Receives new versions and releases and ensures up-to-date product documentation and troubleshooting guides are provided

Reporting and Alerts Management:
- Reports on the overall state of application/s, alerts stakeholders to the risks the application/s are exposed to, together with their mitigation, to the Application review committee

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking industry
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Applications Asset Management in an IT Software Development industry
- Strong IT Security, CyberSecurity and Risk management background
- Strong experience in Supplier Management, Release Management, Incident Management, Security area Management
- Strong experience and skills in communication and documentation
