Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in application delivery, you will be responsible for leading the deployment and support of enterprise applications at client sites or remotely. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise applications in accordance with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to plan and execute delivery activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and network issues during and post-deployment.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of delivery processes, configurations, and client environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to clients on application usage and best practices.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure post-deployment stability and client satisfaction.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the delivered applications.
  • Identify and work with developers to resolve Level 3 issues with developers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards during delivery and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in application delivery, implementation, or Level 1/2 support for enterprise clients.
  • Project lead experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, infrastructure, and networks.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple delivery projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site deployments when required.
