Job Title

An R&D Scientist position in Molecular Biology is available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop qPCR, NGS, and CE assays for new product introductions and sustain existing products.
  • Lead verification and validation experiments, troubleshoot challenges, evaluate data, interpret findings, and maintain records.
  • Author procedures, protocols, and comprehensive reports.
  • Recommend process and product changes within the department.
  • Train junior team members and mentor them to excel.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field with 4 years of practical experience.
  • Or a Master's degree or equivalent experience with 2-3 years of work experience.
  • Or a freshly graduated Ph.D.

The ideal candidate should have excellent laboratory practices, strong analytical thinking, and proficiency in performing verification and validation studies. Knowledge about ISO13485 and CLSI guidelines is advantageous.
