The selected candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing the Management Associate Programme (MAP).
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy behind MAP, ensuring its alignment with the company's overall objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute key talent strategies under MAP, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining high potential talents.
- Design and implement effective talent management processes, including talent selection, identification, and engagement.
- Work closely with senior leaders and participants under MAP to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Play a critical role in deepening the competencies of talents under MAP, preparing them for existing talent development programmes.
- Lead recruitment marketing efforts to create awareness about the programme among undergraduates.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or relevant field with at least 8-10 years of experience in talent management and/or leadership development programmes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
