About the Role:
The Assistant Director, EMBA Chinese Programme is a senior leadership position responsible for managing the programme from start to finish. This involves overseeing marketing, recruitment, admissions, operations, and student experience until graduation.
Main Responsibilities:- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the EMBA Chinese Programme as a top choice for Chinese entrepreneurs and executives worldwide.
- Oversee branding efforts, digital campaigns, and content development to increase programme visibility.
- Lead the planning and execution of high-profile marketing events, roadshows, and information sessions in key markets.
- Student Recruitment and Admissions:
- Define and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre Chinese business leaders and professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, alumni, and industry leaders, to generate referrals.
- Oversee the admissions process, including application screening, candidate interviews, and selection.
- Programme Operations and Student Experience:
- Oversee the end-to-end student journey, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to graduation.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of academic and executive learning experiences, working closely with faculty and programme team members.
