Strategic Learning and Development Specialist

Job Title: Strategic Learning and Development Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of our Security Service Department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Service Excellence (SE) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and create learning materials, including toolkits and case studies, to support SE content development.
- Design, develop, and deliver SE training programs and activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Identify learning needs through departmental analysis and provide consultancy services to internal branches.
- Schedule external courses to boost the department's service competency and ensure seamless integration with our existing training programs.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the effective transfer of SE skills and knowledge.
- Generate reports on training evaluation and progress to inform future development initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement SE training programs and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
- Oversee training efforts for Marina Bay Sands and the Security Service Department, ensuring consistency and quality across all initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Vice President of the Security Service Department.
Requirements:
- University degree or diploma in Training, Human Resource, or Tourism.
- Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of Training and Development experience.
- Proficiency in curriculum development, training delivery, and evaluation.
- Experience in train-the-trainer programs.
- Effective communication with mid to senior-level management.
