Job Title: Early Childhood Development Specialist
We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our early childhood development initiatives. As an Early Childhood Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to a team of practitioners in delivering high-quality services to children from low-income families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, counseling, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in the early childhood development sector. They will also possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Lead and supervise a team of practitioners to deliver the KidSTART program, ensuring fidelity and quality of implementation.
- Develop and implement training programs for practitioners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Engage with stakeholders, including parents, caregivers, and community partners, to promote the well-being of children.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure program output and outcome indicators are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in the early childhood development sector.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Motivated to promote the professional development of staff.
- Possesses a keen interest in parenting and child development.
