Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum design.
  • Experience in managing budgets and leading teams.
