About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Hotel Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring that all telephone calls are handled promptly, providing accurate information about hotel facilities and functions, and maintaining a professional working relationship with hotel personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel room types, rates, and availability status, and make recommendations to guests accordingly.
  • Take ownership of problems and handle guest complaints in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure guest room security and emergency procedures are followed, and encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe).
  • Familiarize yourself with hotel facilities and functions, as well as major city attractions and events, and provide guests with accurate information upon request.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have a minimum O-level qualification.
  • Able to perform rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Possess a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and good public relations skills.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage, particularly with knowledge of Opera systems.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 35,000 - 45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
