We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, managing inventory, and providing support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry: Accurately enter information into databases and spreadsheets for seamless integration and reporting.
2. Administration: Provide administrative support including managing inventory, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries with exceptional service skills.
3. Communication: Develop effective communication strategies with colleagues, clients, and vendors through clear and concise messaging.
4. Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents for efficient retrieval and decision-making.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity software applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
