We are seeking an Admin Assistant to support our office operations on a part-time basis, working 3 days a week.
- Admin Assistants provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth office operations.
- They perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Monitors office inventory levels and coordinates ordering and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Prepares and manages internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Bachelor degree in any field with relevant experience in administration or similar position.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
