Building Information Modelling

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager to spearhead our BIM strategy and drive digital transformation across our organisation.

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing BIM standards, protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating the creation of BIM models and associated data by project teams, providing training and support on effective use of BIM tools and technologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address BIM-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting on the performance of BIM processes and technologies will be essential in driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar BIM management role within the building services engineering industry is required.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and experience in managing BIM projects from concept to completion is essential.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills, are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • A thorough understanding of BIM standards, protocols and best practices within the industry is also required.
