Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Spa Service Coordinator. As the primary point of contact for our valued guests, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Provide recommendations on spa services, promotions & products that cater to individual needs and preferences.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions & process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure seamless customer interactions by coordinating with staff members effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone & walk-ins in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry & filing to maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality (spa/wellness experience is highly desirable).
  • Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems & booking software to manage appointments and bookings.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, wellness, and self-care to provide informed advice and guidance.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
