Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling spa services for individuals and large groups using reservations software.

You will confirm appointments with guests, answer questions about available services, and update the schedule throughout the day.

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for checking in guests, confirming their names, and providing a general spa orientation.

In addition, you will promote and sell spa services, manage cash and credit transactions, and balance receipts.

Reporting accidents and injuries to management, following company policies, and protecting company assets is also an essential part of this role.

A professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills are required to welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and address them professionally.

This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds, and performing other job duties as requested.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with less than 1 year of related work experience and no supervisory experience.
