Spa Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Spa Services Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and have a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for scheduling services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.

  • Schedule appointments and services for guests using software systems.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments with guests via phone calls or messages.
  • Answer questions about available services and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Update reservation lists in real-time and inform service providers of any changes.
  • Check in guests for appointments, confirm names, and provide a warm welcome.
  • Promote and sell spa services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Process payments for services rendered and obtain payment authorization when necessary.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior work experience is necessary.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Mobility to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance.
