About the Job

The National University Health System Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly qualified professional to serve as our Healthy Community Developer. This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing initiatives to promote healthy living and well-being in our community.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Initiatives: Develop and implement initiatives for integrated care and population health improvement, leveraging best practices and evidence-based strategies to drive positive change.
  • Build Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders, including grassroots organizations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers, to ensure integrated care and maximum impact.
  • Support Team: Provide support and guidance to team members, helping them to develop their skills and maximize their potential.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, using clear and concise language to convey complex ideas and concepts.
  1. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify key priorities and opportunities, developing strategies and plans to address emerging issues and challenges.
  2. Monitor Progress: Monitor progress and evaluate outcomes, making recommendations for improvement and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  3. Lead by Example: Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and lead by example, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business-related fields.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare, corporate/strategic planning, and partnership development, including minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive plans and initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
