Activity Engagement Coordinator

Job Description:

As an Activity Engagement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of residents by planning and executing meaningful activities. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting physical activities, social events, and art/music programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and conduct activity sessions, outings, and special events that promote resident engagement and socialization.
  • Transport residents to designated areas for physical activities and social events.
  • Prepare the activity area and equipment required for these activities.
  • Conduct general body conditioning exercises to promote physical fitness among residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Hold a GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels certificate.
  • Have a NITEC in Community Care & Social Services.
  • Possess a Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support).
