  • Manage membership acquisition, retention, renewals, benefits, and database management.
  • Foster strong relationships with members through personalized communication and creative events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience, with a focus on membership and loyalty programs.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail and a flair for aesthetics.
  • Competent with a strong marketing acumen, result-oriented, and passionate about impactful member engagement.
