About This Role

We are seeking a professional to fill the Membership Officer position, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our existing and prospective members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all membership-related inquiries, providing a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Assist with onboarding of new members, including processing applications and conducting welcome briefings, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Build rapport and maintain regular engagement with members to ensure satisfaction and retention, handling membership renewals, billing queries, and account updates.
  • Coordinate member events, benefits, and communications, ensuring seamless interaction between members and management.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and reports, providing feedback to management on member needs and service improvements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
  • At least 1–2 years of customer service or membership service experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and member management systems, able to work weekends and public holidays on a rostered basis.
