
Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all customer support and service aspects within a given region.
Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high internal and external customer satisfaction. This includes providing product and service information, resolving problems, handling email and phone calls with accuracy and efficiency.
You will be the primary point of contact for AOG situations, providing immediate support and solutions to minimize aircraft downtime. You will also maintain accurate records of AOG incidents, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering effective and timely solutions. You will work independently, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum education level of Diploma
- Experience in customer support in the aviation industry (preferable)
- Knowledge of SAP (preferable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Ability to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends
- Positive, service-oriented attitude
