Job Overview:
- This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling enquiries and day-to-day operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Administration: Manage course registrations, generate reports for performance tracking, and ensure seamless operations.
- Training Operations Support: Assist with course delivery, handle urgent training requests, and provide timely support to internal teams.
- Marketing & Outreach: Update marketing materials, assist in outreach events such as seminars and corporate programmes, and promote the Training Centre's reputation.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and monitor outsourcing partners and vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the Training Centre's reputation and increase course demand.
