Customer Service Expert

Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experience over the phone. You will work with customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

As a Customer Service Expert, you will learn about all Apple products and become an expert on related accessories and services. You will engage with post-sales customers and perform tasks requiring judgment in resolving issues or providing solutions.

You will leverage multiple sources of information to stay current on product features and technology changes. You will also assist retail store contacts and accurately log customer interactions based on intent, process, and resolution into the system.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service experience over the phone
  • Resolving customer issues and answering their questions
  • Providing solutions that meet customer needs
  • Learning about all Apple products and becoming an expert on related accessories and services
  • Engaging with post-sales customers and performing tasks requiring judgment in resolving issues or providing solutions

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to solve problems and recommend solutions
  • Ability to listen and empathize with customer problems
  • Team player with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision
